Aircraft Spare Parts & Components Trading
We source, hold and move the components that keep aircraft flying — from rotables and LRUs to avionics boxes, cabin interior parts and aviation electric motor assemblies.
Sourcing runs through aviation OEMs and PMA manufacturers for certified, traceable supply, and through teardown facilities and surplus stockists for cost-efficient, hard-to-find rotables. Multi-sourcing keeps lead times short and capital lock-in low.
Demand is structural: the global fleet grows from 30,800 aircraft in 2025 towards 41,000 by 2035, and maintenance cycles are mandatory, not discretionary.

Aviation Trading Brokerage
We sit between the parties that need a part and the parties that hold it. Airlines and cargo carriers with an AOG situation, MRO and component shops planning a shop visit, lessors running end-of-lease inspections and part-out strategies — each has a different clock, and brokerage is about matching them.
RFQs are managed through ILS (Inventory Locator Service) and PartsBase, the two largest aviation parts marketplaces globally, carrying over a billion listings between them and reaching more than 30,000 users.

Hong Kong re-exports more electrical machinery and parts than any other category — roughly 49% of total exports, growing 17.2% year on year in 2025. We work inside that flow.
Our electronics line covers populated circuit boards, power and charging adapters, housings and enclosures, and the component sets behind a wide range of household and industrial devices.
Customers are OEMs and ODMs across the Greater Bay Area, plus distributors and after-sales service providers serving repair markets in Southeast Asia and Africa.
